- No Refunds: True Phoenix has a “no refund” policy and does not offer refunds for orders placed, goods received, and/or services rendered. Our medications are ordered specifically per patient and therefore cannot be refunded. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final.
- Recurring Subscriptions: Recurring subscriptions are billed on the same day each month. Subscriptions must be cancelled before the next billing cycle. To cancel, email us at support@TruePhoenix.org with your name, date of birth, and cancellation request. Please do not submit your cancellation request via text. Once a subscription has billed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- FDA Regulations: In compliance with FDA regulations, we cannot reuse or resell any medications. This ensures the safety and integrity of the products we offer. Therefore, all sales related to medications are final and non-refundable.
