What is your refund policy?
We provide refunds for unused tests within 7 days of the date of purchase. Your item must be unopened and in its original packaging. We will refund your original method of payment minus a $10 shipping & handling fee. Refunds will not be given once the test has been used.
Can children take the Hair Analysis Test?
The Hair Analysis Test is available to most age groups; however, our providers only consult and give recommendations to patients 18 and over.
